• The customer will be liable to pay charges in full once arrive in destination, Alternates can be arranged subject to management discretion and needs to be discussed before making booking.
• Charges for any changes made to the journey needs to be agreed upon before setting off to destination.
• Your booking may be subject to additional eating time and car park charges these charges needs to be paid by the passengers.
• Credit card and invoiced payments are subject to surcharge.
• If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pick-up point,all monies paid will be non refundable.
